To prolong the life of your batteries it is recommended that you turn off the LCD display when not in use. · V3765 Digital Camera User's Manual Selecting the Camera Mode There are two modes for capturing images: Capture and Preset. Capture mode is for basic image capture, while Preset mode allows you to capture images in one of five preset schemes: Landscape, Portrait, Night Scene, SelfTimer, and Macro.
