Image resolution and quality You can select resolution and compression settings for your still images. You may select still image resolution of either 1600x1200 and 800x600. You may also specify an image compression setting, selecting from Super Fine, Fine, and Normal. Higher quality images will yield better images, but require more memory space. High resolution and quality settings are recommended for printed output and situations requiring the finest detail. Lower resolution and quality images take up less memory space and may be quite suitable for sharing images via e-mail, in a report, or on a web page.

Number of recordable images The frame counter indicates the approximate number of images that can be stored in the internal memory (or SD memory card ) at the current image quality and resolution settings. The number of recordable images will vary depending on the recorded subject (scene complexity) and the capacity of the memory card.

RECORD MODE
Recording video clips
The digital video camera records MPEG-4 video at a resolution of 320x240 pixels at a frame rate of 25 fps. To start recording a video clip by press the The zoom state, the battery level, card indicator, the movie mode and the elapsed time will display on the LCD monitor when recording a video clip. To stop recording, press the record button again.
The table below indicates the approximate duration of recording time that you can record at each setting based on 64MB internal memory.

PLAYBACK MODE
In the playback mode, you can view, magnify, protect, and delete images. Playback mode also provides a thumbnail image display, allowing you quickly search for the image or movie you want.
Viewing images
