[. . . ] Move the cursor to the number of the automix data that you want to load. Press (click) [F5 (OK)], and the display will ask "Load AUTOMIX Pattern?" To load the data, press [ENTER/YES] (click [YES]). If you decide not to load it, press [EXIT/NO] (click [NO]). When you load an automix, the currently held automix data will be lost. If you do not want to lose the current automix data, save it before you load other automix data. Using the mouse to perform phrase TRIM-IN/TRIM-OUT In Phrase Edit mode, when you move the mouse cursor close to either end of a phrase displayed in the play list, the mouse cursor will change shape. At this point, you can drag to set the trim-in or trim-out of the phrase. Trim-in and trim-out operations using the mouse are possible only in Phrase Edit mode. 1. From the VGA screen, click the "Edit mode (REGION/PHRASE) select switch" so it's at "PHRASE" (green). Position the mouse cursor so it's near the beginning of the phrase for which you want to adjust the trim-in. Alternatively, move the mouse cursor so it's near the end of the phrase for which you want to adjust the trim-out. The mouse cursor will change shape. 3. 4. Now drag the mouse. The phrase will become longer or shorter. When extending a phrase by dragging its end, it is not possible to extend the phrase beyond the length (actual time) of the original phrase (take).
