D-Save-1. eps Never disconnect the USB memory or turn off the power until the sound settings have been deleted. 47 Saving or Loading Songs or Settings Copying a saved song Song data saved on USB memory can be copied into the C-330's internal memory. Song data that's been saved in the C-330's internal memory will not be lost even if you turn off the power. You will find it convenient to copy frequently used song data from USB memory into the C-330's internal memory. Conversely, song data saved in the C-330's internal memory can be copied to USB memory. Up to 99 songs recorded on the C-330 can be saved in internal memory, and up to 999 songs can be saved in USB memory. Copying a saved song to USB memory 1. Prepare the USB memory. Connect your USB memory to the USB connector. 2. From the main screen, press the [STOP] piston. The "Song Recorder" screen will appear. fig. D-Rec-2. eps 3. Turn the [Select/Menu] knob to select "Copy Song, " and press the [Select/Menu] knob. The "Copy Song" screen will appear. fig. D-Rec-2. eps 4. Turn the [Select/Menu] knob to move the cursor to the top of the screen, and turn the [Value/Exit Menu] knob to select "INT" or "USB. " Setting INT USB* Explanation Copy song data from the C-330's internal memory Copy song data from USB memory The "Copy to" indication will switch between "INTERNAL" or "USB" in tandem with your selection. 5. Turn the [Select/Menu] knob to select the "Name" field (the song to be copied), and turn the [Value/Exit Menu] knob to select the song that you want to copy. 6. Turn the [Select/Menu] knob toward the right to select the "No. " field (the copy-destination song number), and turn the [Value/Exit Menu] knob to select the desired copy-destination number. If you want to copy all of the songs, select "Copy All" in the "Name" field (the song to be copied). Press the [SET] piston to execute the copy. The song data will be copied, and the song name will change to the copy-source song name. Never disconnect the USB memory or turn off the power until the copy has been completed. Otherwise, you risk damaging the USB memory or the C-330's internal memory, rendering it unusable. Press the [Value/Exit Menu] knob to return to the main screen. 48 Saving or Loading Songs or Settings Copying a song from USB memory to the C-330's internal memory Song data saved in USB memory can be copied to the C-330's internal memory. To do this, turn the [Value/Exit Menu] knob in step 4 to select "USB. " With this setting, song data will be copied from USB memory to the C-330's internal memory. The rest of the procedure is the same as when copying a song to USB memory. 49 Saving or Loading Songs or Settings About the C-330's sound set (Voice Setup) A "Voice Setup" contains data that specifies the volume balance of each sound (stop), its brightness, and various adjustments for parameters. By loading a voice setup, you can change the overall character of the entire organ (for example to make it a French Romantic type of organ). You can also load voice setup files from USB memory.
