You can choose from between 5 speed settings or the turbo button (see Chapter "Speed settings"). During the mixing operation, flour sometimes gets stuck to the mixing bowl. Remove any remaining dough or flour from the side and edge of the bowl. When you wish to remove the contents of the bowl, first switch off the Handmixer. Then press the support release button , fold the support upwards and take the mixing bowl from the stand . Press the unlocking button to remove the Handmixer and then press ejection button in order to release the beater blades or kneading rods. You will find the insert position for the blending rod at the back of the Handmixer . Before attaching the blending rod you must first open the safety device . Press the rod in until this locks into position and then twist until secure. To ensure that ingredients get ideally mixed, the material to be blended must cover at least the bottom section of the blending rod.
