The following options are available when New or Edit are selected: · Preview - To view the current settings. · Advanced - Select for the following options: · Reply Address: Can be either e-mail address or IP address. (default: 110) · SMTP Port: Provided by your network service provider. (default: 25) · Signature: Enter your signature according to your preference. · Reserve Mail: You can store your mails on the server. D-Link DPH-540 User Manual 1 Speed Dial · There are two ways to set Speed Dial, either through Phonebook menu or by Speed Dial menu. · Each entry you saved in your phonebook can be assigned as a unique speed dial number (1-9) in phone memory. To access the Speed Deal section, press Menu, press 4 or scroll to Speed Dial, and then press OK. Phonebook - Select the entry to which you want to assign the speed dialing number. Press from Phonebook > Edit > Speed Dial (refer to page 25 for more information). Speed Dial - Select the key to which you want to assign the speed dialing number.
